Num tachinho, coloque a manteiga, o açúcar e 75 ml de natas e leve ao lume, mexendo, até a manteiga e o açúcar derreterem e começar a fervilhar, depois deixe em lume brando durante cerca de três minutos.<br />Retire do lume e junte os pedaços de chocolate, vá mexendo e deixando aos poucos o chocolate derreta e forme um creme, adicione também restantes 125 ml de natas e deixe arrefecer um pouco.<br />Quando o creme ficar morno, junte o sal, o extracto de baunilha e as nozes, envolva muito bem.<br />Verta o recheio sobre a tarte, alise e leve ao forno a 180º C, durante 20 minutos.<br />Retire a tarte do forno, desenforme e sirva fria.</span><br /><br /><p></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both;
